Due to age verification once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your address. You can change your shipping address in your account settings for future orders.

Mistakes happen. Please email us with a photo of the item and packing slip and we will get it taken care of. Please note we do not replace closeout or items under $25. Under $25 we will issue store credit or a refund.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, we can reprocess your shipment or cancel the order once it is received. Please contact us to get your return-to-sender (RTS) order processed.
